Kay Pence

Board Member since 2020

Kay has always been interested in the environment and being outdoors. For the past 28 years she has been active with her Homeowners Association managing a small lake and wetland area. Working with Partners of Scott County Watersheds as a volunteer, she increased her knowledge of water quality and joined the PSCW Board in 2020. Kay holds an MBA in Business from St. Ambrose University. After retiring in 2018, she has more time to dedicate to her passions, such as legislation to protect the environment and leave Iowa in a better state for future generations. In her free time she likes to bike, garden, do yoga, and travel. Kay lives in the Wapsipinicon Watershed.
