Amy Kay

Board Member since 2016
Board Chair, 2018-2022
Interim Treasurer, 2022-Current

Amy Kay has been involved with municipal stormwater management for the past 15 years, focusing on green infrastructure and overall watershed management. Amy is the Clean Water Manager with the City of Davenport, Iowa and has been on the Partners of Scott County Watersheds Board since 2016. With the City, she directs the resource conservation and watershed management programs along with state and federal permit compliance. On the PSCW Board, Amy and other stakeholders work to improve water quality and provide education throughout Scott County.  She holds a Master of Arts from the University of Illinois, Springfield in Environmental Management and Planning.

Amy lives in the Lower Duck Creek Watershed.
