Registration Now Open for Fall Snapshot!

Fall is quickly approaching, which means it’s almost time for the Fall Snapshot Water Quality Monitoring Event!

Join us on Tuesday, October 4th from 8am-12pm for a day of citizen science. Help gather important data about the health of Scott County’s watersheds, which then be analyzed by PSCW and used to determine priority improvement areas.

Volunteers will start the day at the Surrey Heights Fire Station for a quick review of water quality monitoring and brief training session. Then, volunteers will be divided into groups and assigned to 5-7 sites in Scott County to collect data. Volunteers will return at noon for a FREE pizza lunch and FREE t-shirts!

No experience is necessary, and anyone is welcome to participate! This event will happen rain or shine.
